Clean Eating Recipes

My favorite ground turkey recipe.  Enjoy :-)

For those using the portion control system, each burger is 1 red.  Place burger on top of a bed of a green of your choice (kale, spinach, romaine lettuce) with a slice of tomato and 1/4 of a medium avocado.  Those additions would be 1 green and 1 blue.  No need for a bun!
