Today's recipe: Peanutty Peanut Butter Squares.
(I told you I have an addiction to nut butters.)
The recipe calls for peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, 2 eggs, vanilla extract, and baking soda. That's it! Mix it together, try not to lick the beaters to much, pour in a pan and bake at 350. It's just that simple!
They are chewy, peanut buttery, and delicious! Each square (recipes makes 16 squares) equals 1 yellow and 2 1/2 teaspoons on the 21 Day Fix portion control system.
